Our team was well-fed this week, nourished with wisdom by our community’s own Culinary Nutrition Counselor and Real Food Educator Holly Shelowitz.
Holly honored us a second time in our offices, presenting over an hour of advice, helpful tips, and life-motivating information on healthy eating, cooking, and herbal healing.
Since 1999 through her client sessions, cooking classes and educational events, Holly has been inspiring people to eat their greens and get into their kitchens and cook. And she definitely inspired us!
Our office kitchen has smelt AMAZING lately with members of our team bringing in their culinary creations. Check-out Topricin’s team member Liz P’s Baked Chicken, Sweet Potato Fries and Spicy Green Beans Below. Yum!!
No wonder we were so encouraged to cook and eat great things….Holly is celebrated throughout the nation for her teachings. In fact, In 2010, Holly was hired by Whole Foods Market as the Northeast Regional Nutrition Educator, helping to create two Healthy Eating Education programs company wide.
Holly’s most important message, timely for Valentine’s Day, is to “Love your Fabulous Self!”
And we certainly love her for gifting so many healthy living tips to us. She shared a list titled Your Self Care Toolbox. Some of our favorite tips:
